@sg24 Truthfully I think they all needed each other to be as dominant as they were in a Lebron led decade. But I feel like it goes both ways.. KD is wrong for dissing Steph, but the Warriors are wrong for the shots they sent at KD since leaving the team. I remember they left him off some type of a championship tribute video and a few other things.

Keep telling y’all KD is the most insecure superstar ever. Warriors needed KD just as much as he needed them. The notion the warriors beat KD’s ass for years is a stretch though they only lost that 1 year to the warriors. KD obviously was the most talented player on those warriors teams but they all needed each other.
People can say all day long the “Warriors won without him” but if KD went to any team that already had an all star and good supporting cast the NBA balance stays the same and Warriors don’t become the most talented team assembled at that time. Them losing the prior year showed they were beatable KD joining killed that.

The warriors knew the Cavs had a team that had them matched. Kyrie and Steph were equal in the finals...but the dubs had nothing to match Lebron. They needed KD and KD needed them...that was a mutually beneficial partnership. Neither the warriors or the thunder were going to get past Cleveland unless the best from those 2 teams merged.
With that said, we don’t know KD’s and Currys off the court relationship...maybe those 2 didn’t get along. Some people just don’t gel. That doesn’t mean either one of them is bad. Doesn’t mean KD isn’t a cool person...maybe him and Steph just didn’t vibe on a personal level.
What’s wrong with this is he should be more aware that he’s a celebrity and that liking a post like that will be extremely controversial and unprofessional. That’s where KD fucks up a lot at, dudes very immature for someone at the level he’s at in his career.

I remember that series like it was yesterday, Curry looked absolutely stunned and devastated. Dude even lost his cool guy persona and was throwing his mouth piece, getting ejected...he completely became unhinged towards the end of that series.
They knew this wasn’t gonna be some cakewalk like everyone told them it would be...otherwise they never would’ve called KD. We gotta stop acting like them dudes didn’t choke on a historic level that year.
Also they didn’t lose a starter...he lost his cool repeatedly and lost himself. There’s no passes for Dray trying to kick people in the nuts like he was playing rugby lol. Dude got himself in that mess.

Blowing a 3-1 lead isn’t a super close series. That’s a choke bruh. They only had to win 1 game and the Cavs came back and swept them. The record might say it’s close, but in reality that was a 4 game sweep.
