There's never been a ton of research or concrete data, but there have been studies that have found evidence for a correlation between height and shorter life expectancy.
Obviously, if true, it would help to explain why quite a few NBA legends passed seemingly before their times.
It sucks to think about.
Rest in peace, Mark.

Was curious and went and read up after you said this.
No vehicle involvement either, at least that's what's been said so far.Sounds like either a non-car involved accident or something sudden like a heart attack, if I had to wager a guess.
Details should come out eventually, but hopefully people respect the family's privacy and let them be the ones to determine when that happens.
Makes you think about how fragile lives really are.
