See? This is the bullshit here. Instead of building your own threads, you tear down mine. Crabs in a barrel the lot of ya!
Well for my Philadelphia fans here's an interesting article on a Phillies prospect who isn't even 20 yet but has teammates, coaches and scouts verbally fellating him!
-
@manulous what you expect?
New York fans smh -

@ogxsuave last time the cowboys won a ring I wasn’t even born yet
-
@Manulous I saw Lenny Dykstra hit a bomb in the vet when I was 8. I hadn't thought about that memory in a while so thanks for the thread
-
@jdealla he hit a bomb? Like kicked it with his foot?
-
@nd13 lol I’d rather have 5 20 years ago than just one overall yall suck ass brother
-
@ogxsuave you prolly were like 5 when they won. At least I can remember when my team won a ring
-
@dortthefort if you're taking the word literally to be funny, kicking seems to be a poor choice if interpretation for hit.
-
@jdealla would you hit it with your hand? No. Only kicking would do, but you could get some sort of weapon that would help. Also I wasn’t trying to be funny I was confused
-
@nd13 nope I wasn’t born lol but who cares y’all have y’all ring in the last 5 years y’all still ass and gonna get fucked this year just wait
-
@ogxsuave hell yeah we fuckin suck this year. We need a quarterback. I am not a Jalen hurts believer.
-
@nd13 I can remember, Eli carrying the trophy like this
-
@dortthefort when people say hit it almost always means with their hands (or to hit something with an object they're holding, or to run into something by accident. If it was with his foot i would have said kicked.
And in baseball a bomb is a home run.
-
Damn Mike Trout just kicked that bomb
-
@dortthefort aren’t you like 12. They won a super bowl 9 years ago. You for damn sure don’t remember that.
-
@jdealla oh IN the vet, Veterans Stadium. I’m stupid. I thought you meant this vet
-
@nd13 I remember, my parents woke me up and I watched Eli hold the trophy. I know for a fact that I remember
-
@dortthefort it's cool veterans stadium was probably demolished before you were born
-
@jdealla you’re correct but I love looking at old Multi Use baseball stadiums so I know what it was.
-
@jdealla speaking of members of the 93 Phillies. I once met Darren Daulton. I was cleaning a bathroom and he used it and complimented my work and put his arm around me. I didn't even know he was in there or anything, he just came up behind me and was like "great job man, this bathroom is really clean" The dude was universally known to be a great dude and that just proved it.
You can always judge a man by how he treats those who are below him and he took time out of his day to embrace and compliment some faceless EVS worker at his signing gig. I'll never forget that shit man. The dude just had this aura about him. I can't explain it other than it was just pure love. That 30 second interaction will always stick with me forever. His energy was otherworldly.
Rest In Peace man
Also reminds me of the time I ran into Larry Brown when I worked at a movie theater. Dude gave me the "I know you know who I am, it's okay let it sink in" look. He was also super nice.
I took care of Ray Didinger there too. I'll never forget that he got the kids meal and was as unassuming and nice as you'd imagine he'd be. He did low-key stunt with his NFL Hall of Fame fleece tho lol

you see, i would most definitely make a washington/baltimore thread, but there's one problem
i'm the only that would be in there
#firebrooks

@stoutbaker do it anyway. There will be a ton of double, triple and quadruple posts by me in this thread. No shame!
-
Had no idea Darren Dalton died. RIP for sure. He was a slugging machine. Remember watching him against the Jays in that 93 series.
-
@Manulous do you like Jalen hurts? I really don’t know how I feel about him. I miss my man Carson. Watch him become the mvp again with the colts.
-
My 2018 sixers team
-
@nd13 I like him, he seems like a good dude and he wasn't awful at quarterback. He doesn't seem like a franchise type qb but neither has Wentz since 2017
-
@atgalex there's an Opal James Ennis!?
-
-
-
-
@manulous I didn’t know he was mashing like that
-
@nd13 neither did I. Honestly when I first read he was getting called up I was like "wtf Nick Williams is back!?"

@manulous I trust the corgi with my life.
