Trial of Champions: The Rigged Concept by 2k V2 (Here’s why)

As you all know we got a Dark Matter locker code for Jusuf Nurkic because Damian Lillard supposedly “won” the Trial of Champions by the community scoring the most points with Amy Lillard, but 2k is lying to us and here’s the proof why...
3 days ago, 2k put out a tweet giving us the info for who was on top of the leaderboard for that day.
Donovan Mitchell was the most used and that factually makes sense because there was an XP challenge where you had to score a certain amount of points with his amethyst
Fast forward 2 days and now Dame has taken the lead but how can he take the lead when Zion was in first and in the end Simmons and him were last when they were most likely the most used cards.
Is there something 2k is hiding to us? Not releasing a live leaderboard in game and just tracking the places with their own Twitter account?
Dame isn’t even on the most used players on the 2k home page but he’s still somehow first?
And then @6thManSam you’re on 2KG saying Nurkic is a pretty good card and a DM would be cool? Y’all at 2k really rigged this concept and then made the worst DM in the game with it too?
Anything you want to truly show to the people who have been supporting the game and being disrespected by this awful concept?
This is what you guys get have fun being cupcakes at 2KHQ where you lie to the people who have been supporting your game for years and still do because it’s the only basketball game left. EA deserves to make a better game for all of us to play instead of this terrible garbage.

2K releases weak Amy’s under the guise that if you use them (user engagement) the card that gets the most use every week (more user engagement) will have someone from their team receive a free dark matter (user incentive).
But in reality it doesn’t matter who you use because they already know who the card is gonna be every week and the dark matter won’t be worth the time you spent playing
Essentially it’s just a scam by 2K to keep you playing the game with a poor ROI.

@508 This is not directed at you specifically, just a PSA for anyone who is confused as why there is uproar around this contest:
6 players were given to everyone at start of Season 8: Tatum, Zion, Dame, Simmons, Mitchell, and AD. They said on Twitter that over the co of 2 weeks, whoever gets the most points scored with in Triple Threat over 2 weeks will have a DM locker code for their teammate. It was supposed to be a DM card for them, as stated in the blog, but it got changed after 1 day, the first of a few issues with this contest.
Throughout the 2 weeks, we had no leaderboard and 0 communication about who was winning except for an “update” from 2k’s Twitter that only showed the rankings, not how many points scored that player had. The changes in ranking were inconsistent, as D-Mitch moved from 6th to 1st in just a few days. Ultimately, we had 0 idea of knowing if our efforts were actually being counted in 2k’s so called “contest.”
And now, the winner: Nurkic. Seeing this post from Sam just confirms the fact in many people’s eyes that there was no point in having the tournament if a dev from 2k gives evidence to the fact that the winner was predetermined. What makes this even worse is the fact that this card is basically a copy-paste of the free Nurkic that we just got a month or two ago. So many other guys, like Clarkson, Ro Co, Drummond, Ingram, could have potentially won if the contest was not rigged.
To conclude, this contest was just flat out trash. The idea was great, but 2k did a terrible job of executing.
