How is Neil Olshey still a GM?

Blazers have a terribly constructed roster around Dame, him and CJ are like worst defensive backcourt in NBA.
CJ is severally overrated even offensively, if they resign Nurkic for big bucks that is they're just done.
It's kinda sad Dame stuck at a place that haven't valued him much.
Olshey blaming everyhting on Sttots during exit interview and saying they got great roster and won't trade any of the "key pieces"

Is it just me, or has it been a long time since the Blazers franchise took a list management risk, like a trade for a big name player?
That kind of trade needs to happen if they wanna give Dame a chance at a chip
