I would argue if KCP was an all star or even that good. He averaged 9.7 PPG this season, many players on this list averaged more. There's a reason he hasnt gotten a card

Rodman was an insane player, love him. But heās got 3 cards this year in the time span where a guy like Isiah gets one, or Bol Bol, who has done nothing in basketball, gets 2.
