Thing is Embiid maybe could get close to beating jokic in skills BUT in 1v1 it’s not particularly close in my opinion

In all honestly I'd say Embiid is the 70/30 favorite in a game of 1v1. Embiid's skills are tailor made for 1v1, Jokic's are way more for 5v5 as others have said
This is almost how I feel in like a hypothetical Bron vs KD matchup. Both in their prime I think Bron is the better basketball player but I'd probably pick KD to win a game of 1v1

@yosemite_ham RAPTOR has Fred Van Vleet as the 2nd best player in the league.
Jokic is amazing and I don't think we'll ever see someone with his talent and skill level for a long long time. His court vision, playmaking and shot making at his size are unparalleled and I never even imagined I'd see someone like him play. I feel blessed every time I see him play.
Embiid better tho

Jokic's game is meant more of 5v5, bc he is the floor general.

. Maybe they can get Thaddeus young while they’re at it, since he’s not getting any minutes. -
@nd13 wasn’t too long ago that we had one of the deepest benches in the league
I would like to have Poeltl back. No one talked about trading him when we got Kawhi but he was a valuable back up and lord knows the Raptors need a real Center right now
