RICO cases are federal. Even if it wasn’t, the overwhelming amount of charges will be tough to beat.
This is a GA Rico, not a fed Rico. There are state Rico cases too…this is one of them. Either way it’s not good.

What they’ll do is run this Shit for as long as possible, make him use up all of his money, re-trial but with this time the feds…and he’d be too broke to fight it. It cost Irv gotti 10 million to beat his Rico and he had way more money than young thug, now he’s struggling compared to where he was. Thug is better of taking a flat, state…that way he can have a set time and possibly get out quicker before they try and turn this into a federal case.
He took it to trial, I tried to tell him it was stupid (don't do it)
