Help for 2k players animations
-
Ok, so I am mainly offline player, and ah grinder.. I just need someone to explain me basics for those animations which I figured out is more important than player stats.. So best possible release is very quick obviously, but what about dribble, and BHB, what is the difference between quick and shifty, and pro 2 and pro 3, I saw someone praising Scottie Pipen BHB..
Thanks in advance! Cheers! -
@flash_ss I’m may not be the best guy to explain this because I kinda suck at dribbling but yes animations are really important.
I think some of the most important dribble moves right now are the snatchback burst and the stepback burst.
You do the snatch back by holding RT -> flick RS down -> LS opposite hand with a fluid motion then burst right after
Stepback burst is doing a live dribble stepback and flicking the RS forward.

Here’s a break down of dribble styles
Scottie has the best Behind the back
Trae young, Curry, Iverson, KD , Bron are the best escapes in the game IMO
Steve Francis has the best signature size up
Harden has the best sig combo
All of it is mainly opinion base but those all are no doubt top sigs

*correction the snatch back burst is RT with RS to oppositenhand -> flick LS down
